Blister is most commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry, it is economical and protective for drug, especially alu-alu blister package.
Generally speakingly, there are 2 kinds of blisters, Alu-PVC and Alu- Alu blister. The main difference is the package material and application drugs. Most capsule，tablet，softgel and gummy can be packed in alu-pvc material, but some special drugs or supplement food needs alu-alu material to protect them for light.
Before choosing blister package machine you need to be clear few points:
1, How about your blister size? For example 40*70mm
2, How about your speed request? For example 30 blisters per minute
3, Do you have requirement for the film size?
4, What about your layout requirement? For example you want to put 10 pcs 0#capsules in the blister, or you want to put 10 pcs round tablets( size: diameter:5mm, thickness:3mm) in one blister, we can design the blister for you. You will decide if the layout meets your requirement or not.
5, How many kinds of layout do you have? For example, you need to pack tablets, capsules and softgel together, then you will need a few sets of molds because capsule, tablet and softgel has different size.
6, Do you have only alu-pvc blister or alu-alu blister together? If only alu-pvc blister, then the general universal feeder is ok. If you have alu-alu blister together,then you need another speed alu-alu blister feeder it is specially designed for alu-alu blister with more precise filling process for capsule and tablet, it can ensure all the materials can fill in alu-alu blister holes exactly.

Firstly our blister ackage machine is easy to operate, we have installed the machine and debug it well,you only connect power, water chiller and compressor air, then willyou can use it.
We will take a video for you to check for opening the cabinet till use machine, change mold, you can find a solution. Meanwhile, our engineer will offer on-line video instruction for you, if you have any questions, we will be happy to solve you. Lastly our engineer will visit you if you required to do training for your operator and engineer on site.
