There are different kinds of bottles, most of them are plastic bottle, some also glass bottles. For plastic bottle, it has different kinds, includes screw type, press type and so on. It can be used to pack capsules, tablets, softgel, gummy, also it can pack liquid material, like vial package line.
Based on different package material, you may choose different plastic material like PP, PET, HDPE, PVC and so on.
Before choosing bottle package machine you need to be clear few points:
1, Will you pack solid drug like tablet, capsule or liquid drug？As soon as you confirmed the package material, then you will know what machines you will need.
2, How about bottle sizes will you use? And how many different bottle sizes do you have? Height, bottle diameter, cap diameter
3, What’s the filling weight for each bottle? For example, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g.
4, What’s you speed request? For example, 50 bottles per minute and each bottle you want to fill 100 pcs capsules or tablets
5, Do you want to fill the bottles only or you want to the whole package line? If you want to fill the bottle only, you may need only a counting machinne, if you ned the whole package line, we will offer bottle unscrambler machine, counting machine, dessicant filling machine, capping machine, sealing machine, labeling machine and cartoning machine together.
