Tube is commonly used in the supplement food and pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic, food and chemical industry.
There are different kinds of tubes, includes the tube shape, tube material, tube sizes and so on.
We have mainly 2 kinds of tubes, plastic tube and metal tube.
Metal tube is usually used in pharmaceutical, and daily use. Plastic tube is usually used in cosmetic application.
Before choosing tube filling machine you need to be clear few points:
1, What kind of tube you will use? For example, is it 3 sides sealed, or 4 sides sealed or back sealed?
2, What kind of easy open design do you need? This will decide the machine design, because we will need cutting mold to acheive the easy open design.
3, How about the sachet size? Usually the sachet length has a certain range but the width is fixed, if you need different width, we need to prepare different molds for sachets.
4, How many sachets per minute do you want to produce? For example, if you need 30 sachets per minute or 60 pcs per minute or more than 100 pcs per minutem these will decide different machine type.
5, Will you fill powder or liquid? Because powder and liquid will need different filling device.
After we recommend the suitable sachet/pouch package machine, you may worry, if I received the machine but I do not know how to use?
Then how should I do? We will take a video for you to check for opening the cabinet till use machine, change mold, you can find a solution. Meanwhile, our engineer will offer on-line video instruction for you, if you have any questions, we will be happy to solve you.
Lastly our engineer will visit you if you required to do training for your operator and engineer on site.
