CGN208-D1 Horizonzal Semi-automatic Capsule filling Machine is the latest and efficient capsule filling equipment. It equipped with electronic automatic counting device, programmable controller, frequency converter speed regulating device.
It can finish the capsule placement, separation, filling, locking and other actions, instead of manual filling, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency. The machine is composed of a new type of seeding and turning separation mechanism, a material hopper, a locking mechanism, a variable frequency speed regulating mechanism, a pneumatic control system and an electrical control system, a protective device, and a vacuum air pump and air pump accessories (optional).
