1, What you will pack and its package material requirement
You may find there are different kinds of mixers in the market, 2D motion mixer, 3D motion mixer, V mixer, horizontal ribbon mixer, taper-shaped mixer.
It seems difficult to choose. As a manufacturer, we will recommend mixers based on the raw material your factory produce.
For example, in food industry, we usually recommend horizontal ribbon mixer, its capacity is quite big and suits for food material structure, meanwhile it is cost effective.
If you are in supplement food industry, we usually recommend the V mixer or 3D mixer, their structures are more suitable for supplement food and their cost are reasonable.
For pharmaceutical industry, we usually recommend bin blender, it is more suitable for pharmaceutical high requirement and it is easy to transport during production process.
2，What’s your capacity requirement
After fixing the mixer type, you need to choose the exact model.
For mixer there is a working principle you need to know. Let me take a 500L V mixer for example.
500L mixer it is volume is 500L, we can not put full powder in the mixer, or it can not move because it has no gaps. We can put max 60% of the volume for V mixer, and different material has different material coefficient, usually 0.6-0.8, so total will be 0.60.6500L=180L to 0.60.8500L=240L.
The mixing volume for V mixing is around 180L to 240L.
So when recommend the suitable model, we will ask what’s your capacity requirement. We will calculate the mixing volume then tell you which one suits you most.
3, What’s your budget for mixer machine?
We have full range of mixer from low capacity to high capacity . For every customer, we will check what’s their budget range for the machine then recommend the suitable model. It is not expensive one is best, it is the most suitable one is best.
In considering the machine model, you need to consider if you have enough space for the machine, if you have professional engineer to operate more complicated mixer and if your production capacity needs low speed or high speed.
If our customer budget is low, we will recommend lower cost mixer to start the production first.
