WFJ Series Micro crushing unit

The material enter the crushing chamber from the hopper through the spiral conveyor, and then are crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The powder enters the classifying chamber across the guide ring. As the classifying wheel is rotating, the powder in the blade channel will be impacted by the air force and the centrifugal force.

Particles among the powder with their size larger than the critical diameter( classifying particle size) will be returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing, while particles smaller than the critical diameter will be transferred to the cyclone separator and bag dust remover through the discharging pipe in the model of negative-pressure air discharging.
